Gift Certificates: Gift certificates are not refundable and may be redeemed for services and products only. Gift certificates are transferable, but not redeemable for cash. We request that services for Spa Package Gift Certificates be scheduled in one visit.

Spa Policies: We pride ourselves on our record of timely service to our guests. To ensure your treatments start and end on time we have established the following policies:

Appointments: You will be asked to secure all appointments with a valid Mastercard, Visa Card. Please arrive a minimum of 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in.

Cancellation Policy: Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we request a minimum if 24-hours notice for any single service and 48-hours notice for two of more service appointments; otherwise, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. No Show appointments will be charged the full treatment fee; a Gift Certificate no show appointment will result in the Gift Certificate being redeemed. Booking an appointment is acknowledgement of these terms. We sincerely appreciate your consideration in honouring our Cancellation Policy.

Gratuities: Gratuities are not included in any treatment prices. We feel that the decision to extend a gratuity should be a result of the client experience, and left to the discretion of the client.

Quiet Enjoyment:We ask our guests to maintain a quiet level of conversation as a courtesy to other guests. Cellular phones and beepers should be turned off in the treatment areas.

Children: Due to the serene nature of our spa and for their own safety, we ask that children not be brought to the spa unless they have a scheduled appointment.

Privacy & Security: We respect your privacy and are committed to its protection. We consider all information regarding our customers and their orders to be personal and confidential. We will not disclose or sell our customer’s information to any outside organization for solicitation purposes. We use information which we have received from our customers only to help provide them with better service and/or to track orders. While we make every attempt to display accurate information, errors do occur. Tranquillity Day Spa is not responsible for typographical errors or omissions relating to pricing, copy, or photography.

Prices and Availability:Prices shown and availability are subject to change without notice.

We will exchange or refund goods that are in a resaleable condition: unopened and unused, however, we will not exchange or refund products which have been used unless the product is faulty.
All claims must be made within 7 days of of purchasing.
